- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. granulated carbohydrate
- 3/4 c. dark dark-brown sugar
- 1 T. canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- Caramel Buttercream Frosting {recipe below}
- Line 24 muffin cups amongst newspaper cupcake liners. Set aside.
- Using an electrical mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar, dark-brown sugar, together with stone oil until lite together with fluffy, most 3-4 minutes. Add eggs ane at a time, mixing good afterwards each addition. Add vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, together with salt; mix until good combined.
