Don't just crumble them all into crumbs.  It's okay if some of them are just crumbs, but amongst the 'hunks' of graham crackers, yous larn prissy large streaks of choclatey-ness inward the fluff.

Chocolate Fluff

Ingredients

• 1 c. (8 oz.) whipping cream or heavy cream
• 1/4 c. granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 c. coarsely crumbled chocolate graham crackers (about 1 packet)

Directions

1. Chill a large mixing bowl together with the beaters of an electrical mixer (or whisk attachment of a stand upwardly mixer) inward the fridge for most fifteen minutes. Remove from the fridge together with pour the whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Add carbohydrate together with vanilla extract. Beat on high speed until strong peaks form.
2. Fold inward crumbled graham crackers. Refrigerate over dark until graham crackers are softened.

Note: An 8 oz. container of Cool Whip tin hold upwardly substituted for the homemade whipped cream.
