Mocha Swirl Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
2 oz. nighttime chocolate, melted together with cooled slightly


Directions
Prepare the Base Dough:
1.  Combine flour, baking powder, together with salt; laid aside.
