Mocha Fudge Pie

Ingredients
1st Layer:
  • 1/3 c. hot water
  • 2 tsp. instant java granules
  • 1/2 of a 19.8 oz. box fudge brownie mix (about 2 c. dry out mix)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites
2nd Layer:
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 T. Kahlua
  • 1 tsp. instant java granules
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pocket-size (3.9 oz.) package chocolate instant pudding {sugar-free plant fine}
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip {Lite plant only fine}
3rd Layer:
  • 1 T. Kahlua
  • 1 tsp. instant java granules
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
  • chocolate curls {optional}
Directions
  1. For the 1st Layer:  Combine hot H2O as well as 2 teaspoons instant java granules inward a medium bowl; stir well. Add dry out brownie mix, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, as well as egg whites; stir until good blended.
  2. Pour into a 9-inch pie plate coated alongside non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 22-25 minutes, until brownie is done. Cool completely.
