Turkey & Apricot Sliders Continue Enjoying That Thanksgiving Turkey!

Turkey & Apricot Sliders

Ingredients
  • 2 T. apricot preserves
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 c. chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 T. chopped greenish onion (or finely chopped yellowish onion)
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 or 5 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) package minor dinner rolls (I occupation King's Hawaiian dinner rolls)
Directions
  1. In a minor bowl, combine apricot preserves, mayonnaise, as well as Dijon mustard.
