Maple-Fried Apples & Maple-Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Maple-Fried Apples & Maple-Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Apples:
four to half-dozen fresh Rome or McIntosh apples
1 T. butter
1/4 c. pure maple syrup (preferably Vermont Grade B)

Pork Tenderloin:
2 (1 lb. each) pork tenderloins
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
four T. pure maple syrup
2 T. chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. bounding main salt
1/2 tsp. solid set down dark pepper



Directions
For the Apples:
1.  Peel, core, in addition to acre apples most 1/4"-1/2" thick.
