Tzatziki Chicken Salad
This Greek-inspired Tzatziki Chicken Salad gets fabulous flavour from the cool, creamy yogurt in addition to cucumber combination flora inwards traditional Tzatziki sauce.

ingredients:
- 2/3 c. evidently Greek yogurt*
- 1/3 c. finely chopped crimson onion
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soil dark pepper
- 1 medium-sized cucumber, unpeeled
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced {optional}
- 2 c. chopped cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

How to gear upward Tzatziki Chicken Salad
- Slice off ends of the cucumber. Grate unpeeled cucumber amongst the large holes of a cheese grater; squelch out the H2O amongst your hands. {You should convey near 1 loving cup of shredded cucumber.}
- Combine Greek yogurt, crimson onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, garlic, in addition to cucumber inwards a mixing bowl; stir to combine. Add chicken, tossing to coat. Refrigerate for near xxx minutes to allow flavors meld.
